Olam Reach is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our guide.

Our approach

Digital accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time achievement. As we build and update this site, we aim to:

• Test text and background color combinations for AA contrast as the site's colors and design change.
• Design animated elements — including the homepage's rotating graphic, interactive cards, and other motion — to fall back to a static version when your system's "reduce motion" preference is set.
• Provide visible keyboard focus states on links, buttons, and other interactive elements.

We keep working to identify and close gaps between this intent and what's actually true of the site at any given time.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any specific unresolved accessibility issues with this website at this time. If that changes, we'll note it here along with our plan to address it.
