These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of olamreach.com (the "Site"), operated by Olam Reach, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms cover the Site only — using Naveh Home is governed by its own Terms of Service, available within the app.

The Site provides information about Olam Reach and its products, currently Naveh Home. It allows visitors to sign up for a newsletter, read our blog, and contact us — including about software and app development consulting.

2. Not Naveh Home Itself

This Site is not the Naveh Home application. Downloading, creating an account with, or otherwise using Naveh Home is governed by Naveh Home's own Terms of Service, not these Terms.

Signing up for our newsletter is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

4. Consulting Inquiries

Contacting us about software or app development consulting through this Site is an inquiry only and does not itself create any engagement, contract, or obligation. Any actual consulting work would be governed by a separate agreement entered into directly with you.
